Nike SB Dunk High Premium “Bill Cosby/ Cliff Huxtable” Available Sat 02/20/10

The “Cliff Huxtable” Dunk High Premium will be available this Saturday, February 20th at 11:00 am.

This month’s Nike SB Quickstrike gets the “Cosby Sweater” treatment, a Dunk High Premium (White/ Black/ Wool) complete with white leather, black midsole and swoosh, and zany multi-color wool panels. The colorway takes it’s inspiration from Bill Cosby’s character Dr. Cliff Huxtable, and his trademark multicolor sweaters worn on the 90’s TV series, The Cosby Show. The style was also popular on other 90’s sitcoms like The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

We also have a few matching Nike SB tees that feature the same Dr. Huxtable multi-color fill on the logo. Come cop a pair and get your neo retro 90’s nerd on.

Quickstrike- Nike SB Dunk High “Oceanic Airlines”

Just arrived, the second installment in the “Lost” pack paying homage to the cult TV Show’s final season. The “Oceanic Airlines” Dunk High (Germain Blue/ White/ Chlorine Blue) takes it’s inspiration from the colors of the ill fated plane that crash landed and stranded the cast of the TV series.

Hard to tell in the photo, but the shoe features a very O.G. Charlotte Hornets- esque color scheme– a fresh combination of premium suede in Germain Blue (purple) on the toe, mid-panel and upper ankle along with a contrasting Chlorine Blue (teal) midfoot and heel flap. A white tongue, liner and Swoosh match up with the outsole. The “Oceanic Airlines” Dunk High is topped off with insoles depicting a flight chart with the destination and departure cities (Los Angeles and Sydney) for the show’s crashed plane.

All suede dunk highs are what’s up, and these things have to be seen in person to really be appreciated. “This shoe goes hard!”

Quickstrike- Nike SB “Lost” Blazer Linen

Just arrived, a brand new Quickstrike from Nike SB- the “Lost” Blazer (Linen/ White/ Black). Some pics recently surfaced online of the upcoming “Lost” Dunk High featuring colors from Oceanic Airlines plane that crash landed and stranded the cast of the popular TV Show Lost on a mysterious island. However, this Quickstrike Blazer has remained under the radar (no pun intended) up until this point.

Also part of this pack, the “Lost” Blazer has surfaced and features a tan upper in premium linen, white linen swoosh, and a clean white sole. In addition, each back heel panel and insole is emblazoned with the single word “Shoe.” The materials and colors were inspired by flight jumpsuits worn by the characters, and the “shoe” is a reference to the generic labeling found on some of the DHARMA Initiative food items on the show. A great looking Blazer whether you are a fan of the show or not.

Quickstrike- Nike SB “Boom” Dunk High Premium 1/16/10

The latest Quickstrike from Nike SB, the “Boom” Dunk High Premium will be released on Saturday, January 16th at 11:00 am.

The Nike SB heads are starting the new year of with a “Bang”, dropping this Matt French designed Dunk High Premium featuring a leather upper comprised of an assortment of superhero-esque colors including red, white, yellow, black, and blue. The shoe is highlighted by a red swoosh as well as a unique “boom” explosion graphic on the mid-panel.

Supra Quickstrike- TK Society Gold/ Silver Foil 12/12/09

Dropping this Saturday, December 12th at 11:00 am, the much anticipated Supra TK Society Gold/ Silver Limited Edition.

This color scheme first surfaced with the launch of the groundbreaking Skytop a few years ago, and blew up when Jay Z rocked them in the Rihanna Umbrella Video. We were the only store in North Carolina to carry the OG Gold/ Silver Skytops, and we still get phone calls from people looking for this shoe.

In an homage to this legendary release, Supra is giving the same two tone foil leather treatment to the TK Society Gold/ Silver as a special treat this Holiday season.

Extremely limited release on these with less than 900 pairs available in the US. Black Sheep is one of only three stores in the Southeast to receive this Supra Quickstrike, so if you’re looking for something different, don’t sleep.

Nike SB x HUF “Dirtbag” Blazers

Now in stock, the latest HUF x Nike SB collaboration: the “Dirtbag” Blazers

This round, HUF combines two iconic classics and the results are like chocolate and peanut butter. HUF flips the script and drops two pairs of Chuck Taylor Hybrid Blazers along with an apparel capsule collection. The Blazers take some serious inspiration from the iconic OG Chuck Taylor and feature a canvas upper, tonal colored swoosh outline, metal eyelets, thin canvas tongue, and a Harbor midsole. Available in Black Canvas and Natural Canvas.

The collection is topped off with an official “Huf City Dirtbags” work wear graphic t-shirt and trucker snap back hat also available in black or white.

Nike SB Dunk High Premium “RESN/ Gucci” Release Saturday 11/14

The Nike SB Dunk High Premium “RESN/ Gucci” (Deep Forest/ Paprika) will be released this Saturday, November 14th at 11:00 am.

This particular shoe has a long (and legendary) history and it is finally seeing the light of day with an official release. Originally a part of the famous Nike SB Team Manager Series, the Girl Skateboards team manager Sam Smyth created this Gucci-inspired colorway, but it was shelved in favor of the Diamond “Tiffany” Dunk Low. Collectors have been literally anticipating this shoe for years ever since a few samples surfaced fetching prices in the thousands among private collectors.

We originally planned to release these on Black Friday, but the phone has been ringing off the hook all week, so they will be available here on Saturday, November 14th at 11:00 am.

Nike SB “Brain Wreck” Dunk High on Sale Saturday, October 17th

On sale this Saturday, October 17th at 11:00 am: The much anticipated October Quickstrike from Nike SB, the “Brain Wreck” Nike Dunk High Pro SB.

Black Sheep has been chosen as one of only about a dozen shops on the entire East Coast to get this release, so get here early, there will definitely be a line. This is one of the best looking and most limited Quickstrikes in quite a while.

This amazing colorway comes to us courtesy of Steve Nesser’s Familia Skateshop in Minnesota and designed by Todd Bratrud, the same artist that brought us the “Send Help” Dunk Highs as well as lots of classic skate graphics for Consolidated Skateboards.

The kicks feature a super clean premium Grey suede upper, tonal Grey leather swoosh, and bright Pink leather tongue and toe box. Most notably, the words “BRAIN WRECK” adorn the heels in large white letters. These Quickstrikes also feature some other great details like a dope brain wreck cartoon on the insole, and my personal favorite, the white “brain-textured” ankle liner. There might even be a few matching “Brain Wreck” Tees and 5 Panel Hats available as well.

Just a heads up, seriously limited allocation on these. Available in men’s sizes 8 - 12 only. Strict limit of one pair per customer.

Quickstrike- “Dexter Blood Splatter” Blazer Premium

The latest Quickstrike from Nike SB, the “Dexter Blood Splatter” Blazer Premium will go on sale Saturday, October 10th at 11:00 am.

The “Dexter Blood Splatter” Blazers take their inspiration from the TV Series of the same name whose main character is a covert serial killer governed by a strict moral code who works for the Miami Metro Police Department as a blood spatter analyst.

The kicks feature premium White suede/ canvas upper representing Dexter’s signature white button up shirt highlighted by a gory, Deep Red “Blood Splatter” print across the side panel and on the insole. Additional highlights include a Grey suede Swoosh and Grey toe cap as well as Red accents on the tongue label, heel tab and lining.

One of the gnarliest concepts to drop in awhile for sure, so be sure not to sleep on these if you’re a Dexter or Blazer fan.

Nike SB Quickstrike- “Sub Pop” Blazer Elite and “Sport Red” P Rod 3

The September Quickstrikes from Nike SB have just arrived– the “Sub Pop” Blazer Elite and the Sport Red P Rod 3.

The “Sub Pop” Blazer Elite colorway is inspired by the legendary Seattle-based indie record label of the same name. Sub Pop is most known for first signing groundbreaking 90’s acts like Nirvana, Soundgarden, Mudhoney as well as recent acts like Band of Horses.

The Sport Red P-Rod III takes the latest Signature shoe from Paul Rodriguez and flips it with a bright red suede upper, tonal red leather swoosh, and black accents. These things are pretty fire, and everyone at the shop is really feeling this colorway. These kinda remind me of some all Red Sal 23’s from the old Plan B video Questionable.
