Chalkboard & Tyler Baum @ Twenty-Two

Saturday night is looking tight. Two of Sheeps favorite local artists have joined forces for a show at Gallery Twenty Two. Check out Simple Art for Simple People new works by Chalkboard(who you may recoginze from some our recent shop decks) and Tyler Baum which runs March 6-28 and be sure not to miss the artist reception March 6, 7pm til late. Then afterwords cruise next door to Snug Harbor for live music from Hectagons, Radio Taiwan (personal favorite!) and Arsonists vs. Arborists. Art…Booze…Music…Schmooze!

Nike SB March 2010 Releases

The March 2010 Nike SB Collection is now available. Lots of great shoes, including the first two colorways of the brand-new Zoom Omar Salazar Signature in Black Suede (Black/Varsity Purple/Mercury Grey) and Red Suede (Team Red/Matte Silver). Sporting a classic skate design packed with loads of extra technical features including Nike’s cutting edge FlyWire technology in the heelwrap for less weight, a seamless toe-cap to prevent blow outs, hidden stash pocket/ customized tongues, and a mid-top design ready to shred right out of the box.

This shoe looks great in a classic Black/ White premium canvas and suede upper with clean, red sidestripe. For their latest collaboration, the infamous Crooks & Castles designers put their spin on the Vans Moda Hi, a fusion of a couple of Vans’ most iconic models, the Classic Sk8-Hi and the Mountain Edition Hi.

The Crooks & Castles x Vans Moda Hi features a 100% black epi leather base combined with a traditional white rubber sole, quilted-patterned collar, a “Crooks & Castles for Vans” logo tag on the side panels, and a special Crooks x Vans box.
