4th Annual Let the Good Times Roll Art Show 8/2/13

4th Annual Let the Good Times Roll Art Show 8/2/13

The 4th Annual “Let the Good Times Roll” Art Show is about to kick off at Twenty-Two on August 2, 2013!

Presented by Black Sheep and Gallery Twenty-Two, the show will feature artwork from some of the area’s most talented artists utilizing blank skateboard decks as their canvas.

The L.T.G.T.R. 4 event will be in support of a local grassroots effort dedicated to raising awareness for the need of legal, noninvasive places to skateboard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The artwork from the “Let the Good Times Roll” show will be sold to raise money to fund possible future public skate plaza campaigns and supporting skateboarding awareness/skate spots in our area.

More and more kids in the city are getting skateboard tickets and having their skateboards taken for being in the street everyday. Please help us be a part of the solution and voice our concerns for the need for a safe, alternative environment that will benefit us all.

Last year’s L.T.G.T.R. show won Reader’s Pick “Best Art Exhibit” from Creative Loafing’s Best of Charlotte Issue and this year’s celebrates the 10th year Black Sheep anniversary shaping up to be bigger and better than ever, SO DON’T MISS IT!!

Show opens August 2 and runs to the end of the month.

As a SPECIAL RELEASE in conjunction with the opening, Black Sheep will be releasing a full production run of two Black Sheep shop decks featuring artwork by Rodney Raines.
